This process includes phone and face-to-face consultations, work experience with a minimum of 20 hours of placement, in addition to our online educational course.

What is your recruitment process?

Our in depth recruitment process is broken up into two main 'levels' with multiple steps per Level. Generally, it begins with a telephone interview with our Head Of Onboarding, followed by compulsory work experience and a work experience manual which includes an assessment which requires grading. From there, the candidate will be evaluated and interviewed again to ensure they're the right fit. Finally, the successful candidate is onboarded and completes our educational courses before eventually landing a job.

Where do you source you candidates from?

Our candidates are sourced from only the best educational organisations. With partnerships throughout multiple Registered Training Organisations, APF hand-picks only the best candidates for your facility.

What happens if the candidate you bring isn't the right fit for our club?

At APF, we are constantly evolving and growing our team, so we're always on the look out for new trainers. If for whatever reason the Trainer is not the right fit, we will seek another.

How involved do I need to be in your recruitment process?

As a business owner, we know the current workload you may be under, therefore, you can be involved as much or as little as you like. We're here to make the recruitment process as seamless as possible for you.
